Firefox

Firefox is my favourite web browser ,I ve a penchant towards Google Chrome too..
there are awesome add ons to adblock, fireftp, live http headers, firebug,Greasemonkey, and web developer...we can add any number to dictionaries to firefox too...for spell check etc.By default its English(US) but I am used to Britain English..that's the reason "favourite" is underlined in Red in this post(of course while i m editing the post)...It can be fixed quite easily though...

Mann...I ve discovered something long back...When you download something in Firefox and you accidentally shut down the browser, the download is not broken...It still continues in the downloads window.IN case the downloads window is closed and the browser is running, still the download continues...Previously ,if I m not wrong...we dint get any prompts...An accident and Kabooom!!...The download Breaks..This was there for a long time in IE and was fixed in a jiffy in firefox...:)
( Note: actually that is a long time back..now in the updated version of windows it does nt happen)

Firefox has the awesome BUGZILLA  ..where we can submit bugs if any..and they will be closed in minutes...you can browse through closed and open BUG lists too...
the speed, security etc are know to all...
IN spite if having so many great facilities...This Pie Chart Amazes me.....

THE Woodcutter Story

A very famous story from the Aesop's Fables. This one has some improvisation....
A woodcutter while  cutting a tree on the branch of a river accidentally drops his axe into the river...His axe being his source of bread & butter is now lost ,so he does not know what to do(Assume he does not know how to swim)..In vain he starts praying to God and seeks his help...

An Angel appears and brings out a shiny Golden Axe and asks him if it was his lost axe.
The woodcutter being honest replies that it wasn't his axe...
So the Angel once again takes a dip.

This time the Angel brings a Silver Axe and asks the woodcutter if the axe was his. What would you expect from such an honest woodcutter who had let go of the golden axe?He honestly replies that it wasn't his axe.

This time the Angel again takes a dip and comes out with the old iron axe of the woodcutter..Seeing it the woodcutter becomes happy and tells the angel that it was his axe.The Angel appreciating the honesty of the woodcutter rewards the woodcutter with all the three axes.

This is the happy ending of the story....
BUT...There's more to come.....
